SiteSync is the delivery schedule JHL Constructors uses for the gates of its job sites. This page covers SiteSync only, and adds to JHL Constructors' company privacy policy, which covers jhlconstructors.com.
What we collect and why
Your email address to sign you in, your name and phone number (usually from your company's Procore directory), the deliveries you request, the IP address behind each sign-in code, and a log of every change made. We use it only to run the schedule, email you about your requests, and keep the app secure.
Who can see it
Other companies on the same job site see only the time, gate and company of a delivery, never your name, phone or email. JHL staff who run the schedule see the full request. Our hosting provider runs the app and sends its email. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information, use it for advertising, or profile you.
Cookies
Only the ones SiteSync needs: one to keep you signed in, one to protect forms, and one to remember light or dark. No analytics or advertising.
Keeping and protecting it
Delivery records and the change log are kept as the record of the schedule. Every page requires signing in, and connections are encrypted. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you within 30 days, as Colorado law requires.
Your rights
Under the Colorado Privacy Act, and for everyone who uses SiteSync, you can ask JHL for a copy of your personal data, to correct it, or to delete it, except where a delivery record must be kept.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it.
